CREATIVE & DESIGN:
The supper club has a new home.
By the original visionary of chefs cooking at home we were asked to re-imagine the concept within an ex factory space.
Built in the 60's as a shoe factory: during the day this space provides for an array of creative companies to relax, eat and meet, during the evening the space is enclosed and behind the closed curtains a new magic happens.
The central table, previously part of the counter service, spins and lowers to suit a variety of dining settings. HIgh and angled for cocktail mixed tasting menus, low and staight for floor cushioned dining, mid and long for banquettes... with a variety of functions the table is the star, providing fun and flexibility to all of the chefs booked to put on the show.
A fully open residential electric kitchen serves in three pass style. Fully equipt with the latest in kitchen gadgetry so that even the most outrageous of Michelin styles can be incorporated and proved to be possible from home.
Industrial stainless steel fills the kitchen whilst bare polished concrete and textured timbers fill the dining areas. Lighting and curtain partitions provide the mood levels whilst ultimate flexibility enable the theatre and fun.
